British inflation stood at three-year low in November. Data are below Bank of England’s 2% target. CPI inflation rose 1,5%. Growth was 0,1% higher than forecasts of analysts. Slowing economic growth and uncertainty around Brexit had biggest impact on the inflation in previous time.
Analysts expect downgrading of main interest rate from central bank this week, because current expectations are, that inflation will fall to 1,25% in 2020. A measure of core inflation, which excludes energy, fuel, alcohol and tobacco, held steady at 1.7% in November.Factory prices which rose 0,5%, showed slowed growth in November since July 2016.
